I have been in the travel industry for nearly 40 years, and I have been dealing with Vina for many. I have always found them to be prompt and reliable. If I have queries regarding a visa application, my questions are answered quickly and in a professional and friendly manner... The fact that they accept our travel agent's cheque makes life easier. I will continue to use Vina to process our Vietnam visas, as will the rest of our staff.
