I was extremely impressed by the level of service that I received from Vina . The staff were most helpful with my request for the processing of my group of 11 travelling to Vietnam. I couriered the passports to the Vina office in Sydney and received a call less than 48 hours later advising that the visas had already been processed and the passports were ready for collection. With such great service I will definitely be using them again and also recommending them to my clients.

We sent our Visa application off a few days before the Christmas period so I had anticipated a delay. When I went online to check the progress of our visa application a day after the New Year public holiday I was surprised to see no record of the application. I emailed Vina to confirm they had received our passports. They responded very quickly letting me know they had already processed our application and that our passports would be in the mail today! Excellent service, can highly recommend.
