Great customer service, fast and efficient. I contacted the agency a few times with questions from our clients and I received prompt and detailed information. All passports are received within 5 business days of lodgement as promised. Visa Tracking service on website is user friendly and easily found. We continue to lodge visa applications through Vina . It is our preferred method and we have been doing so for the past few years. We have approximately 100+ passengers per year travelling to Vietnam and there has never been a hiccup with the services you provide.

We sent our Visa application off a few days before the Christmas period so I had anticipated a delay. When I went online to check the progress of our visa application a day after the New Year public holiday I was surprised to see no record of the application. I emailed Vina to confirm they had received our passports. They responded very quickly letting me know they had already processed our application and that our passports would be in the mail today! Excellent service, can highly recommend.
