Vina Visa’s never disappoint! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have recently had to do Brazil visa’s for a group and as the Brazil Visa requirements are so strict now with uploading documents, specific sizing etc., Vina’s IT Department could help me with all that. Visa’s used to be a stressful part of my job, but Vina take that stress away! Thank you Vina!

We sent our Visa application off a few days before the Christmas period so I had anticipated a delay. When I went online to check the progress of our visa application a day after the New Year public holiday I was surprised to see no record of the application. I emailed Vina to confirm they had received our passports. They responded very quickly letting me know they had already processed our application and that our passports would be in the mail today! Excellent service, can highly recommend.

I have been in the travel industry for nearly 40 years, and I have been dealing with Vina for many. I have always found them to be prompt and reliable. If I have queries regarding a visa application, my questions are answered quickly and in a professional and friendly manner... The fact that they accept our travel agent's cheque makes life easier.
