All passports are received within 5 business days of lodgement as promised. Visa Tracking service on website is user friendly and easily found. We continue to lodge visa applications through Vina . It is our preferred method and we have been doing so for the past few years. Vina Visa’s never disappoint! The staff are so friendly and helpful.
